Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LetsBurnFit mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by LetsBurnFit ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LetsBurnFit. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use the Service.

2. Account registration

To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed to keep it accurate.

3. Subscriptions and payment

LetsBurnFit offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

Free tier: Limited access to basic features at no cost.
Standard tier: $12.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Includes full workout plans, meal plans, unlimited AI coaching, monthly body scans, and more.
Premium tier: $29.99 per month or $249.99 per year. Includes everything in Standard plus priority AI coaching, advanced analytics, weekly body scans, and additional features.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the subscription price applicable at the time of renewal.

Payment processing: Payments on Android are processed through Google Play. Payments on iOS are processed through the Apple App Store. Payments on web are processed through Stripe. We do not directly handle or store your payment card information.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → LetsBurnFit → Cancel
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LetsBurnFit → Cancel
Web: Through your account settings or by contacting support

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds: Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store are governed by their respective refund policies. For web purchases through Stripe, please contact us at support@letsburnfitness.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. Health and medical disclaimer

LetsBurnFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All content provided through the Service — including workout plans, meal plans, body composition estimates, AI coaching responses, and nutritional information — is for general informational and wellness purposes only.

Body composition estimates (body fat percentage, lean mass, BMI, BMR, visceral fat) are approximations calculated using mathematical formulas based on your self-reported measurements. They are not clinical measurements and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, nutrition plan, or making any health-related decisions, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

You participate in any exercise or nutrition program at your own risk
You are responsible for ensuring any exercise is appropriate for your physical condition
We are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse effects resulting from following workout plans, meal plans, or coaching guidance provided through the Service
AI coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be appropriate for your specific situation

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
Use the AI coach to generate content unrelated to fitness, nutrition, or wellness
Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or subscription benefits
Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through any feature of the app
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

6. User content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including photos used for body composition scanning. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not use your photos, workout data, or personal information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, code, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by LetsBurnFit and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Workout plans and meal plans generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that could harm other users or our systems. We will provide notice where reasonably possible before taking such action.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetsBurnFit and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, health complications, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetsBurnFit, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
